Meanwhile, in the context of the information, the author proposes to promote the application of the internet of things and other information technologies of new generation to the development of cold chain, uplift the internal managerial standards and service level in an all-round way, continuously explore development ideas and new business models, fully make use of the opportunities in the development of cold chain industry, rely on the enterprise’s existing experience and resources in the industry, mitigate the influence of(among other things) lack of internal resources on the enterprise and make use of the internet of things, big data and other information technologies of new generation in order to uplift the enterprise’s managerial and service level, expand its competitive advantages and enhance its competitiveness in an all-round way. With the above mentioned as the mainline of this article, the author analyzes and studies the problems arising out of the reform and transformation of Shenzhen SG Cold Storage.At the end of the article, real financial data is used to verify and analyze the economic effectiveness and the performance of the project.
