Research On Centralized Procurement Management Of Group IT Project

With the advent of the Internet times,enterprises IT project is also increasing.At this time,conglomerates use centralized procurement to reduce the cost of procurement.But the current conglomerates' IT project procurement management is not perfect,which makes some problems and challenges in the process of centralized purchasing management.The centralized purchasing management in this thesis has practical significance to improve the purchasing efficiency.This thesis takes centralized purchasing system management,supplier management and team management as the main line.First of all,the status of centralized procurement management of conglomerates' IT project is analyzed,and the existing problems and challenges are discussed by using the Questionnaire,Pareto Chart,Ishikawa Diagram,and the reasons are analyzed.Then,in view of the efficiency of procurement,it puts forward the optimization of centralized purchasing plan and the optimization of the management system,at the same time,a transparent procurement process is established with process management tools.Then,in view of the difficulty of supplier evaluation and selection,measures to strengthen supplier management are formulated,by using the AHP method to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the supplier,and use the X and Y theory to motive suppliers effectively.Moreover,in view of the situation of low satisfaction about purchasing,we have formulated a plan to strengthen the construction of the procurement team.Finally,the optimized centralized purchasing management system is applied to the conglomerates' IT project procurement activities.Through the analysis of timeliness,procurement costs,supplier service quality and procurement satisfaction,the centralized purchasing management system has played a positive and significant role and effect.This thesis aims at the specific background of the conglomerates,we have formulated the centralized purchasing management strategy of IT project,which has certain reference value for centralized purchasing management of IT project of similar companies...
