A Comparative Study On The Medical Insurance Systems In China And Japan

Medical insurance has a very important social significance,as a kind of social insurance,it has been carrying the protection of social stability and the people's health and responsibility,to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.With the development of society and the gradual improvement of medical insurance,today's medical insurance is becoming more mature,and gradually deep into the difficult areas of the doctor.Even if our country's medical insurance has made progress in the stage,but in many ways there is still a lack.Compared with the developed countries in the medical insurance,China's medical insurance in the insurance source,management system and coverage,etc.has a huge gap.The most desirable and most convenient contrast object is our neighboring countries-Japan,with the Asian countries,we have a significant gap in medical insurance,we have to learn from Japan in the medical insurance experience and advanced,combined with China's national conditions to improve.Despite the different levels of economic development between China and Japan,the development model of the social insurance system in the two countries is also very different.However,Japan,as Asia's largest and earliest developed capitalist country,is most similar to China's traditional culture relative to other Asian countries.The study of the development of its social insurance system has a more direct reference and inspiration for the establishment and development of the social insurance system with Chinese characteristics.It can provide a broader perspective and platform for China's social policy research and reform practice.Social insurance system and social security system,to protect people's livelihood,and promote the building of a harmonious socialist society is of great significance.This paper compares the social insurance system model and evolution process between China and Japan in the view of the overall concept of medical insurance,and understands the different social insurance system model formed by the social insurance system in different historical environments.Specific study of the current social security system under the two countries pension,medical and other content and to be perfect shortcomings.Although the level of development of social security system in the two countries is not the same,China's medical level compared with Japan and other developed countries there is a certain gap,but I believe that through the efforts of our government to accelerate the promotion of China's social insurance system,and thus improve and develop social security System to address the aging of the population brought about by the medical crisis.
