Study On The Problems And Solutions Of Urbanization Construction In Jilin Province

The promotion of Urbanization is an important part of China's economic and social development.The China's thirteenth five year plan for the development continued to emphasis on the development of urbanization,at the same time,strive to promote the integration of urban and rural construction.Jilin province act in response the appeal of the country all the time.In recent years,the urbanization rate has been steadily increasing in the process of urbanization,and the number of urban population has been increasing significantly.However,there are still many problems affect the quality of Urbanization,such as the imbalanced development on cities,the increasing gap between urban and rural areas,imperfect infrastructure,the seriously polluted on the ecological environment.Therefore,we need to explore new development path to resolve these contradictions and promote the process of urbanization in Jilin province more harmonious and efficient.In this paper,the author summarizes the remarkable achievements of urbanization in Jilin Province in recent years.From the analysis of the current situation,the use of statistical analysis,comparative analysis of the collected data into a chart can highlight the existing problems more directly.On this basis,the paper analyzes the direct cause of the lag of urbanization construction in small towns.According to the township development difficulties,the author from two aspects of the status put forward the development path of endogenous growth and external support,in order to dredge up the potential for the development of villages and towns in Jilin province.The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction,which lists the references at home and abroad.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis,and stresses on narrowing the gap betweenurban and rural areas,improving the rural environment is imminent in the context of a variety of difficulties.The second chapter uses the data to show the current situation and problems of urbanization in Jilin Province.The urbanization quality of Jilin province is not high and the development of cities is not balanced.They are as a realistic basis for analyzing the reasons and putting forward reasonable suggestions.The third chapter discusses the basic reasons for the lag of the development of Jilin Province:lack of endogenous growth and exogenous driving capacity.According to the data of each kind,chapter shows the existing constraints in the development process of the existing villages and towns.The fourth chapter and the five chapter are both the rationalization proposals for the development of the township.The fourth chapter briefly analyzes the current situation of migrant workers and migrant workers returning home after the development of entrepreneurship and put forward some feasible suggestions In view of the existing imperfections.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to transfer the manufacturing enterprises to the villages and towns and discusses the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method according to the data.In order to improve the radiation capacity of central city,promote the development of township economy,the paper provides new ideas to improve the lagging situation of urbanization construction.At the same time,the sixth chapter summarizes the rationality of the proposed development path of urbanization,and the prospects for the development of urbanization in Jilin province in the future.
