With the explosive growth of knowledge economy,knowledge is becoming an important driving force for the rapid economic development,and has gradually become the source of competitive advantage and the core competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprises in order to everlasting,it is necessary to take effective management and development of knowledge resources as an important pillar to ensure good performance.Knowledge sharing as the content and important link in knowledge management,which can promote the mutual exchange and diffusion of knowledge among employees,and fully improve the use value of knowledge,so as to enhance the performance of employees and help enterprises to quickly and effectively respond according to the market environment.However,in practice,the occurrence of knowledge sharing behavior will be affected to a great extent by the employees' satisfaction to the working environment and communication environment.In order to promote the knowledge sharing behavior can effectively occur within the enterprise,it is necessary to proceed from the staff,need to pay attention to the maximization of employee satisfaction,and high level of employee satisfaction on employee knowledge sharing behavior can play an effective incentive.Therefore,this paper will use empirical research methods to explore the impact of employee satisfaction through knowledge sharing behavior on job performance,the specific content is as follows:Firstly,based on the literature review,this paper constructs a theoretical model of employee satisfaction as the independent variable,knowledge sharing behavior as the mediating variable,and job performance as the dependent variable.At the same time,this paper chooses the job satisfaction and communication satisfaction as the measurement index which reflects the employee's satisfaction,and on the basis of health-two factor theory of motivation factors,three dimensions of job satisfaction will be divided into work reward,interpersonal relationship and promotion opportunities,the three dimensions of communication satisfaction is divided into communication with colleagues and superiors and communication atmosphere,job performance will be divided into task performance and contextual performance two dimensions,which makes the theoretical model of this paper is more systematic.Secondly,based on the relevant maturation scale at home and abroad,this paper designs,distributes and recalls the questionnaire.Through the empirical analysis of 292 valid questionnaires,the research conclusion:different personal attributes of employees are part of the significant differences on the study variables,such as the behavior of sharing knowledge,college degree and below employees than undergraduate and above the staff s performance is more positive,female employees in communication with colleagues,communication atmosphere and knowledge sharing behavior perception is higher than male employees;Employee satisfaction has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior,while communication satisfaction,job satisfaction have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior,and different dimensions of communication satisfaction and job satisfaction has significant positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior;in addition,knowledge sharing behavior has a significant positive impact on job performance and its two dimensions,in which knowledge sharing behavior has a higher impact on relationship performance and less impact on task performance;through the intermediary effect analysis,knowledge sharing behavior plays a mediating role in the influence of employee satisfaction on job performance.Finally,based on the conclusion of the empirical study,from the establishment of scientific and reasonable salary system and promotion mechanism,improve the channels of communication and creates the good atmosphere of communication,creates the good knowledge sharing atmosphere and the diversification management way,for enterprises to improve knowledge sharing and improve work performance to provide management advice.
