Research On Quality Collaborative Management System Based On Supply Chain

In the fierce market competition environment,the development of the world economy transforms from quantity growth to quality growth,market transforms from price competition to quality competition.At the same time,in the context of transfer our country from a big manufacture country to a manufacture powerhouse,the product quality has become more and more important factors.Faced with the acceleration of product technology updates,shorten life cycle,improved customer quality requirements,how to effectively carry out product quality management has become a question that every company needs to continue to explore.As the domestic LCD products industry leader,BOE has the most production lines in the world,the market share ranking the world's top two,but there are still many problems in the management of product quality,constantly repeated issues of process and raw materials,weak quality management of suppliers,bad customer satisfaction and quality ranking.Although the company traditional quality management methods and the application of quality tools have achieved some good results,but in the effective to meet the needs of the customer quality has no substantive improvement,the limitations are also increasingly prominent.The company traditional quality management methods mainly focus on the company's internal quality control,ignoring the supply chain collaborative quality management,however,the quality of the product is determined by all the supply chain members,the quality issues of any process will affect the quality of the final product.In order to improve the product quality,customer satisfaction and market competitiveness,it is necessary to improve the quality management system of supply chain.This paper takes BOE LCD products as example,analyzes the company's current supply chain quality management status,identify the factors that affect the product quality,and confirm the key factors to improve the quality management of supply chain.On this basis,establish the supply chain quality collaborative management system,construct the quality collaborative management mode from product design,process control and quality information three aspects,improve the collaborative quality management of supply chain every process,including raw materials,product development,product manufacturing process,customer and market field.Through the supply chain collaborative quality management system,improve the supply chain quality coordination and control;furthermore,promote the whole improvement of the supply chain.This paper is expected to provide reference for other manufacturing companies,in order to help them establish the supply chain collaborative quality management system,which has very good practical significance.
