The Folk Financing Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Liangshan District

Liangshan is located in in China south of Sichuan Province,and there are a large number of small and micro enterprises(SMEs).The problems of folk financing difficulties are the main factors that hinder the rapid and healthy development of small and micro enterprises in Liangshan.The effective solution to the problem of SMEs folk financing in the region has a high reference value to solve the problem of SMESs folk financing in the less developed areas of Western China.This thesis mainly focuses on the SMEs folk financing theory,the state of Liangshan SMEs financing difficulties and reasons,the domestic and overseas SMEs folk financing experience,and the answer to Liangshan SMEs folk financing dilemma four research contents.Firstly,this thesis elaborated the basic theory of folk financing of SMEs.Secondly,the data on the folk financing of SMEs in Liangshan area were collected and sorted out,and the multi-scale representation model of the financing difficulties of small micro enterprises is established,and the problems and reasons of the folk financing of small enterprises in Liangshan are analyzed.Thirdly,it discussed the practical experience of folk financing of small micro enterprises in the United States,Japan and Taiwan of China.Combined with the actual situation of Liangshan.On the one hand,improve the SMEs self-management level,gradually standardize the management and operation transparency,and enhance market competitiveness,to improve the financing conditions from the inside.On the other hand,the author also made relevant policy recommendations,including constructing a leading group of the SMEs development work,establishing a professional small micro-enterprise management and service agencies,declaration of the SMEs folk financing pilot in Western China,constructing financial guarantee and financial service institutions,improve the level of SMEs self-management.From the promotion of SMEs internal capabilities to the optimization of the external environment,we construct the policy support system to get rid of the plight of folk financing.Finally,the conclusion of this thesis is given,and the follow-up research is prospected.Based on the literature research and questionnaire survey,thesis studied the manifestations and causes of the folk financing problems of SMEs by using the quantitative analysis and qualitative comparison research methods.The research of this thesis has certain practical value in solving the problem of folk financing of small and micro enterprises in Liangshan Prefecture,promoting the healthy development of small and micro enterprises and promoting the economic and financial development of Liangshan Prefecture.At the same time,it explored the folk financing mode of SMEs in the underdeveloped areas in southwest China,and enriched the theory of regional economics and its application in practice.
