China's Housing Industrialization Economic Incentive Policy Research

In recent years,the development of housing industry in China has been gradually mature.With the promotion of green buildings,housing industry has become the direction of China's construction industry.However,with the related standards and policies promulgated,facing the development of the housing industry more and more problems,mainly reflected the enthusiasm of enterprise development in the residential industry and industrialization of the enterprises is not high,and even some negative phenomenon,many enterprises for the development of the housing industry,through the comparative analysis and research on the foreign advanced incentive policies,lack of economic and financial policies to support the process of China's housing industry development,countries should put forward relevant economic incentive policies to promote the further development of the housing industry.This paper mainly adopts literature review and comparison,case analysis,in-depth analysis of China's current housing industry development problems,we first analyzed China's current policies,and to take the foreign current incentive policy analysis,find out the factors that hinder the development of industrialization in china.Through the comparison and analysis of the deep,found that the current development of industrialization requires some preferential economic incentives to spur growth,this paper from two aspects of fiscal and financial policy recommendations put forward relevant proposals.Finally,through the analysis of actual case,the main index of the influence of industrialization for quantitative analysis,the main index of the last through the analysis of the influence of industrial development is the economic indicators,so long as the economic development of preferential landing industrialization has a great push.This paper summarizes the current development of the best block China industry status quo the crux of the problem,hope that through the relevant economic incentive policies,China housing industry can get good development,realize the Chinese wisdom construction,achieve energy-saving environmental protection construction.
