Research On Incentive Policy Of China's Housing Industrialization Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

The development of housing industrialization has made the housing at the same quality level as before,adding energy saving,environmental protection,high efficiency,safety and other advantages.This is the best result of the implementation of the concept of sustainable development of real estate to practice.In this,the government departments to give positive encouragement is to guide the industry steadily compass.According to the theory of evolutionary game theory,the interaction of housing industrialization stakeholders based on the analysis of the conduction mechanism of China in the housing industry in the incentive policy of this behavior in play,and put forward some suggestions on how to perfect the system of the policy of housing industry in China.This paper first introduces the concept of incentive theory,put forward to accelerate the future process of housing industry needs to be based on the supporting incentive mechanism,and the application of evolutionary game theory has a positive effect on promoting the design of incentive mechanism.Based on this,refer to the actual status of current housing industrialization,listed residential industrialization in our country there are many problems in the government incentives,technology development,marketing and other aspects,and starting with the analysis of the source of the problem from the microcosmic behavior of the main draw,due to lack of government support,leading to the real estate enterprises in the implementation of the residential the industrialization of the lack of enthusiasm.The analysis is based on the reality,starting from the level of real estate development,constructs the evolutionary game model of government and real estate developers,more in-depth analysis of the incentive mechanism of conduction of the housing industry,and the key parameters of the simulation using MATLAB,put forward some policy suggestions according to the conclusion of simulation.According to the analysis,we can draw the following conclusions,the government should focus on the long-term benefits of the resources,environment,social development in housing industry,housing industry incentive policy,but also to strengthen the technical research and development aspects of financial support,and help the real estate enterprises will promote the advantages of the housing industry to the market.Promote the development of the housing industry through the implementation of a series of policy.
