Project Quality Management, dated from the late 20th century, is an interdisciplinary subject between Project Management and Quality Management. PQM is the soul of Project Management. QM is to make sure the project could be completed according to the designer's defined requirements, and all the functional activities in the whole project could be implemented on the basis of original quality and target. PQM is an important component part in the process of developing and manufacturing. PM directly determined the volume production schedule of new motorcycle type, product quality, degree of user satisfaction and the market reaction. Combining the PQM method of"Fashion Feiteng Motor Project"in GAC-Changfeng Motors, this paper puts forward a flow and method of motor vehicle PQM and states the operational aspect of quality control system based on each stage in the project process.The study on Fashion Feiteng and Classic Feiteng project from PQM and experiences in Classic Feiteng project in this paper are both applied to Fashion Feiteng project. It try to analyze the typical factors which influences the quality by quality tools, such as cause-and-effect diagram, flow-process diagram, etc, and improve practical quality problems on the basis of PDCA circle.In addition, it widely applies quality control theory to perfect the production quality control.In a word, the study of"Fashion Feiteng Motor Project"in this paper makes the project go well. The great boost it made in consistency and reliability aspects during producing indicated that the theory and method of QM suggested in this paper had great practical and guiding significance, and provided plenty of valuable references to new car research and development in auto industry.
