Appraisal And Countermeasures For Agricultural Information Development In Longyan City

At present,China is seriously undergoing the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,in order to seize the new development opportunities,the continuous Central Documents No.1 have been issued annually since 2004 to actively develop relevant requirements to promote China's agricultural informatization.Speeding up the its construction depends on the transformation of traditional agriculture,equipment,and informationization which is conducive to promoting China's agriculture,increasing farmers' interests and service level,to promoting China's overall economic development process.From the perspective of China's current economic and social situations,in order to further improve China's agricultural level,narrow the gap lagged behind the developed countries,and finally to achieve faster development and catch up the paces of other countries,we should pay more attention to the construction of agricultural information,rely on its development.It is significant both in the strategy and reality aspects for accelerating the realization of China's agricultural informatization and marketization process,which is conducive to urbanization to narrow the gap between rural and urban residents,demonstrating the agricultural strength to prevail the international agricultural market.This paper uses systematic analysis,investigation method and literature analysis method based on Longyan backdrop,including the study of local agricultural infrastructure,services and platforms,and related issues concerning local farmers,according to the local situation,the paper uses AHP to create the evaluation system and further the analysis by fuzzy evaluation for more in-depth inquiry.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions:1,to give the full play to local governments to dominate the initiatives;2 to identify weaknesses,and increase local agricultural equipment spending;3,to strengthen the construction of agricultural information service system to address the problems of agricultural information "fragmentation";4 to strengthen the human resources,improve the human resource indices;5,to promote the use of the precision and wise agriculture when applying information technology.
