E-taxi,as the product in the times of the "Internet plus",is a taxi software service platform established by the mobile Internet,to build an information bridge to communicate between the passenger and the driver,so that drivers receive an order and passengers get a taxi both quickly.Such a high taxi-hailing efficiency makes it a typical representative of the shared economy.When the e-taxi market is emerging,it is necessary to have the study on the theory and application of the development of the e-taxi marketing discipline.This paper studies on the basis of the trip mode choice of e-taxi users,and uses the statistical methods,such as questionnaire and data mining,to investigate the distribution situation and behavior information of the users and discuss the population differences presented by the trip mode choice of e-taxi users.Ultimately,the paper illustrates the main features of the impact on the e-taxi way and the frequency of users,so as to provide scientific suggestions for the development of the e-taxi market.The focus and innovation of this article are mainly showing in the following three points:First of all,it collects the basic and behavior information of the e-taxi users through questionnaire,and further grasps them,based on which use the column analysis and cross analysis to research on the population differences existed in the e-taxi way and the frequency of users.The results show that the group characteristics such as income,occupation,age,taxi-hailing reasons and safety satisfaction have significant influence on the choice and the frequency of taxi-hailing.Secondly,the paper chooses the decision tree,the logistic and the neural network to establish the classification and judgment model on e-taxi ways,and discusses the main features that affect the different taxi-hailing ways of the users.The results show that age,frequency,e-taxi reasons,safety satisfaction and income have a significant impact on the different e-taxi ways.Thirdly,I use the decision tree,logistic and neural network to set up the classification and judgment model on e-taxi frequency,and use the frequency of the car as a measure of the characteristics of the loyal customers,and explore the characteristics of the choice behavior of the loyal users.The results show that the way of picking cars,reasons for choosing,income,age and so on have a significant impact on it.
