Study On Fiscal Policy To Promote Independent Innovation Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Nowadays,the promotion of SMEs can be steady and continuous development,not just be depend on capital and,more importantly,the innovation of SMEs.But whether it is abroad or a separate analysis of existing data and the status,we can not be ignored that there are still many problems in the government's existing fiscal policy system,whether it can effectively promote the innovation of SMEs development.The solutions of these problems related to the development of SMEs and related to the establishment of an innovation-oriented country.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Mainly expounds the connotation of independent innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,and analyzes the influencing factors of the small and medium-sized enterprise independent innovation and development,especially from two aspects innovation of supply and demand analysis of how to carry out the innovation of the government to promote independent innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises through fiscal policy tools.(2)The status of independent innovation of China's current fiscal and taxation policies to support the small and medium-sized enterprises is analyzed from the angle of practical policy,summed up the current fiscal and taxation policy system problems and achievements.(3)The main innovation of supply from the fiscal and tax policies for promoting innovation,three aspects of fiscal and tax policies and tax policies to encourage small and medium-sized enterprises summed up the reasons for the lack of independent innovation of China's current financial and taxation support.(4)Compared American,Japan and other developed countries in fiscal and taxation policies to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in independent innovation,summed up the lessons.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper,this chapter,from the fiscal and tax policies for promoting innovation demand supply supporting policies to encourage innovation and taxation policy and fiscal three aspects summarizes the reasons of small and medium-sized enterprises lack of independent innovation of our current fiscal and taxation support,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
