Research On The Recognition Of Basic Old-age Insurance For Urban Employees Under Concept Of Shared Development

The basic old-age insurance system for urban workers is the basic system of shared development and protection,but also to the people a greater sense of access to a large system Arrangement,establishing and improving a more equitable and sustainable urban workers basic pension insurance system have become what the practice of "shared development" concept should be meaning.Sharing the concept of development to further clarify and strengthen the basic pension insurance system of urban workers development direction,and constantly reform and development of urban workers basic pension insurance system is to effectively maintain social equity,reflecting the shared development.The concept of shared development requires that people pay attention to the feelings and evaluation of the reform and development of the people,and the reform and development of the basic old-age insurance system for urban workers should pay attention to people's evaluation and recognition.Only when people really recognize this system,development is really effective,and it did a fair maintenance,which reflects the shared development.This paper aims to study the recognition degree of the basic old-age insurance system of urban workers in the relevant groups,and the lack of micro and pertinence to the related research.Based on the relevant data of the national social science fund project hosted by the scholar Hou Mingxi,Method,cross analysis and ordered multivariate logistic regression analysis of these three methods for related research.In the first part of the study,combing the relevant research,found that the relevant problems in the study.In the second part of the study,the literature research method is used to analyze the relevant theories,and it is concluded that there is a mutual promotion relationship between the evaluation of the recognition degree of the basic old-age insurance system of urban workers and the evaluation of the degree of shared development.In the third part of the study continue to use the literature research method,reviewed the basic old-age insurance system of urban workers in China's reform and development process,and analysis,found that the basic old-age insurance system for urban workers to share the role of development and inadequate.In the fourth part of the study,the first use of cross-analysis of this method to analyze the various groups of the system of recognition in all aspects of the situation,and then analyze the degree of recognition and sharing of the relationship between the degree of development,as well as different people's shared development of the degree of evaluation.And then use the orderly multivariate logistic regression analysis to examine the relationship between the degree of recognition and the degree of shared development and the influencing factors.On the basis of this,the author draws the conclusion that people's recognition and sharing development degree have the effect of mutual promotion.People can basically recognize the basic old-age insurance system of urban workers and their manifestation of shared development.The policy of special groups,the level of recognition and development of the basic old-age insurance system is not high enough to share the role of development is still inadequate;policy publicity is not in place,the lack of fund supervision,personal accounts in mind.The level of interest is very low and other aspects of the weakened people's recognition;the implementation of the actual pay and pay more than pay,is conducive to improving people's recognition and sharing of the degree of development of the evaluation;people can not accept and recognize the level of treatment decreased.Support for delays in retirement and the extension of the minimum payment period of the measures,coordination is not good,affecting people on the degree of recognition and shared development of the degree of evaluation.Finally,based on a series of conclusions is putting forward the relevant recommendations.
