Research On The Impact Of Industrial Convergence On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under The Background Of Industry 4.0

At present,China's industrial economy steps into a “new normal” when the economic growth has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed,the structure is constantly optimized and the economy is driven by innovation instead of input and investment.With industrial 4.0,“Internet +” and “Made in China2025” proposed,the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is faced with significant opportunities.Although China is a manufacturing power in the world,there is still a big gap compared with the powerful manufacturing countries,and the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry needs to be started without delay.Therefore,China needs to accelerate the convergence between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech service industry,so as to gradually improve the level of informatization,digitalization and intellectualization in the equipment manufacturing industry,which is of important realistic significance to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry to move toward a medium-high level.Firstly,based on sort of the related theories and research summary about industrial4.0,industrial convergence,the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,and the relationship between industrial convergence and the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes the overall situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry and the development of the convergence between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech service industry,and explore industrial convergence's impact mechanism to the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry under the background of industry 4.0.Secondly,this paper builds models of the effects of industrial convergence on the efficiency and advanced index of the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,and uses coupling coordination degree model to calculate the degree of industrial convergence,the DEA-Malmquist model to measure the efficiency index of the transformation and upgrading.Thirdly,the panel data and time series data are used to test the impact of industrial convergence on the efficiency and advanced index of the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.Finally,the paper puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures according to the research conclusion.Under the background of industry 4.0,in order to speed up the pace of the transformation andupgrading,China's equipment manufacturing industry must actively strengthen the convergence between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech service industry,accelerate the cultivation of high skilled talents who are urgently short on need,and comprehensively promote the infrastructure and international cooperation of industry4.0.
