The Industrial Structure Changes And Its Influencing Factors Reacher In China's Mega-cities

With Chinese economy developing into the "new normal,and further development,China's mega-city industrial structure has undergone a substantial change.The research on the evolution and influencing factors of industrial structure have become a major subject.Therefore,it will further improve the existing industrial economics and city economics system to study the transformation,characteristics,industrial upgrading status and influencing factors of mega-city industrial structure since 21th century and Summarize the evolution of law with Chinese characteristics of mega-city industrial structure.At the same time,the studying and summary will provide available reference for other city industrial structure adjustment and upgrading and the industrial structure adjustment and the implementation policy of"13th Five-Year" planning.Finally,they also will have great practical significance reference on the sustainable development of Chinese economic and social development.Firstly,this paper systematically collects and analyses the theoretical knowledge and related documents of the industrial structure.On the basis of the previous studies,this paper describes Beijing' s,Shanghai' s and Wuhan' s industrial structure statistics in 2000-2014,by analyzing the tertiary industrial structure,industrial internal structure and internal structure of the third industry.Secondly,though Gan Chunhui' s index of the upgrading of industry structure,this paper calculates and analyzes the present situation of the industrial structure upgrading during 2000 to 2014 in Beijing,Shanghai and Wuhan.At the same time,this paper selects per capita GDP,scientific progress and government behavior in Beijing,Wuhan and Shanghai,during 2000 to 2014,as the upgrading of the industrial structure influencing factors for the empirical research.Lastly,Based on the established VAR model,analysis the impact of explanatory variables on the explained variable and puts forward the concrete and feasible policy recommendations by impulse response function and variance decomposition.The results of this study show that,from the result of the evolution of the industrial structure,Beijing,Shanghai and Wuhan industrial structure have realized the development mode of "three,two,one".All of these cities have heavy industry internal structure feature.The productivity service industry contributes to the most of economy.The total output value in the proportion of output value has reached up to 50%in the third largest,strongly supported the stable economic growth of these three cities.According to the results of impulse response function and variance decomposition,economic development,government behavior and scientific progress are the influence factors in the upgrading of industrial structure in Beijing,Shanghai and Wuhan.Therefore,the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure still depends on the organic unity of economic development,scientific and technological innovation and government support.In addition,based on the government behavior,such as the fiscal expenditure,and scientific progress,such as the influence of technological innovation on the upgrading of the industrial structure,has a long lag effect.The empirical study on the impulse response and variance decomposition,showed that fiscal expenditure,the progress of science and technology impact on the upgrading of the industrial structure is not continuous.With its fiscal spending and investment in science and technology in the implementation process of change.In initial fiscal expenditure and investment in science and technology,its impact on the upgrading of the industrial structure and the contribution rate is low;at a certain stage into the upgrading of the industrial structure in the post,with the needed fiscal expenditure into the upgrading of the industrial structure and investment in science and technology is the upgrading of the industrial structure,the shock effect and contribution the rate of the upgrading industrial structure will be increased.The final result is to promote the city's industrial restructuring and upgrading and sustainable economic development.
