The Research On Shareholding Banks Competitiveness

From the banking industry for economic development and the importance of shareholding banks on the importance of the banking sector,we can launch shareholding banks in our country play a vital role in the process of economic development.At the same time,the economic environment given the fierce competition of banking environment,small and medium-sized shareholding banks in order to survive and development,must be committed to seek ways to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness,the shareholding banks have the necessity to promote their competitiveness.In this paper,starting from the related theory of competitiveness of commercial banks,I build my own index system to according to six dimensions such as the profitability,safety,liquidity,innovation ability,management ability and potential development,selection of the assets in the same order of magnitude 9 share-holding commercial banks as the research object,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,calculate the banks competitiveness score and get competitiveness rankings.Do empirical purpose is to find the problem,so as to solve the problem.The empirical results show that the nine joint-stock commercial banks of various ability,from a short board is not the same,the empirical results in this paper,the various ability has carried on the detailed analysis,and then the comprehensive competitiveness in the downstream is the HuaXia Bank,China Everbright Bank,and PingAn Bank,China Everbright Bank's and PingAn Bank's competitiveness behind mainly due to security and governance ability,risk control lack of power,imperfect corporate governance structure is the main cause of its uncompetitive.Huaxia bank comprehensive competitiveness ranking in the end,safety,innovation,development potentialthe he of six dimensions are ranked in the end,all the ability need to improve.Finally aiming at the existing problems of joint stock commercial Banks,the realistic situation,put forward the feasible method of enhancing the competitiveness.
