China has the largest machine tool inventory in the world,and many of them are facing decommissioning.The remanufacturing has become one of the industry supported and developed by nation emphatically.The remanufacturing design is the core link of the remanufacturing.However,only the performance improvement is emphasized in the remanufacturing design process and the customer requirements are ignored,which causes the remanufacturing machine tools cannot reach the expective competitiveness.Besides,the design flexibility is highly compressed by the original structure,function and the materials,which is also one of the bottlenecks in remanufacturing design.Meanwhile,there are much uncertainties in the remanufacturing process decision.Improper processes may cause low remanufacturing efficiency and high remanufacturing cost.Therefore,subsidized by the NSFC(No.51305279)-Study on theory and methodology of quality intelligent control in remanufacturing process of waste electromechanical products,the remanufacturing design is deeply analyzed with the practice in Shenyang Jingxin Remanufacturing Co.Ltd.,and the main content includes the following:(1)Aiming to the problem that remanufacturing machine tools cannot still reach the expective market competitiveness,the customer oriented remanufacturing design quality coefficients(RDQC)planning method is proposed.The RDQCs are planned by introducing the fuzziness into the planning equation and the RDQCs that maximize the customer satisfaction can be obtained.(2)To avoid the influence of the remanufacturing design conflicts to the remanufacturing quality,the remanufacturing quality design conflict resolution method based on extenics divergence tree and TRIZ is proposed.The optimized design conflict resolition can be obtained by the extension transformation based on TRIZ and the superiority.(3)Aiming to the uncertainties of the failure quality characteristics in used parts,the remanufacturing process decision method based on two level CBR is proposed.By the first level reasoning of the remanufacturing process and the second level resoning of the process parameters,the optimized remanufacturing process can be obtained by the final decision of the professors and the corresponding technological procedure is simultaneously fomulated.The remanufacturing process of CAK6163 in Shenyang Jingxin Remanufacturing Co.Ltd.is taken as the example.Firstly,the RDQCs are planned,and then the remanufactruing design conflict resolution is implemented.Finally,the remanufacturing process is decided by the proposed method.The result shows that the proposed method can effectively improve the remanufacturing design and the remanufacturing machine tool quality,which can be the reference of the remanufacturing design research.
