Mould manufacturing industry is a typical kind of order-oriented manufacturing industry. Ensuring project delivery is the main goal of production and control of mould manufacturing enterprise.There are concurrent projects frequently during the production process in most of the mould manufacturing company. The enterprise reduce to pay attention to the delivery of a single project and those concurrent projects. As the unreasonable allocation of resources and uncertain factors in production process, resource conflict accours frequently, which restricts the productivity of the whole projects directly, and impacts the delivery seriously. The traditional resolving methods on resource conflicting could not satisfy the changeful requirement from the dynamic multiple projects. Therefore, it is significant to find a new way to resolve the resource conflicts in a dynamic multiple projects scientifically and effectively.For the problem of the shared resource conflict in the multiple projects of mould manufacturing, the production schedule was formulated using the CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management), and methods of the resource conflict detection and resolution were researched.The main contents and contributions of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Firstly, in the analysis of the causes of the resource conflict in mould projects, a resolution model of mould multiple projects was provided.(2) Considering the characteristics of mould manufacturing, the CCPM was applied into mould projects. As a result, a resource allocation planning was established scientifically, and the concurrently using of critical resoures was avoided using the buffer controlling,which achieved the purpose of conflict avoidance.(3) The conflict detecting and resolving methods in mould multi-project were researched with the detailed procedure, and the evaluation method and criterion of resolution strategies was provided.Finally, a conflict management system is established using object-oriented technology, which improves the resolution efficiency. The research work in this paper could ease the resource conflicts and delivery delay problems in mould multiple projects, and improve the utilization efficiency of key resources.
