| Along with the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,high-tech product export has become a measure of a country's level of technical development and the important index of obtaining long-term interests.At present,the high-tech product export has become one of the important engines of China's foreign trade export growth.After the financial crisis,the developed economies such as America,in order to solve the problem of economic hollowing out and correct structure of the world economic imbalances,then eliminate the basis of the financial and economic crisis,and maintain their center status in the world's economic structure,began to undertake economic structure adjustment and upgrading of the country and the whole world.Emerging economies are also affected by the global crisis and the economic restructuring in the developed countries,and then they actively or passively made economic restructuring.After years of the Anti-crisis and structural adjustment,structure of the world economy has taken gradually but profound changes.This change has been and will continue to influence and change the international economic environment of China,as the external environment of China's high-tech products exports.Currently our country's exports of high-tech products are facing a lot of serious troubles,such as sluggish external demand,loss of cost advantage of the traditional factors,low-tech and low added value of export products,and the trade friction forms.So the empirical analysis on the influence factors of China's high-tech product export and its new changes is of great significance.Based on the related theories and literature study,I choose the export trade of high-tech products as the research object,First of all,I define the concept of high technology products,and expounds the technology gap theory,endogenous raised long theory,theory of regional innovation system,which laid a theoretical basis for research and analysis;Second,I describe the the export situation of China's high-tech products from the trade scale,product technology,export market,enterprise type,source area;Then,use literature and theory to analyze the influence mechanism of high-tech products export from five aspects:technology innovation,FDI,industrial agglomeration,foreign trade environment and cost advantage,and respectively analyze the influence of the five aspects to China's high-tech products exports,using 2004-2007 panel data and 2012-2015 panel data of 30 various provinces.Through contrastively analyzing the influence factors of the high-tech products export of the two periods before and after the financial crisis in our country,it is concluded that,in the present moment,the influence factors of the high-tech products export have new changes,and then discuss the reasons for these new changes through the internal environment and external environment change.On the basis of theoretical and empirical research,we come out the following conclusions:first,before the financial crisis,China's high-tech products production is given priority to with absorption and conversion technology of the other countries,but China's patent authorization number which reflects the capacity for independent innovation has no significant impact on the high-tech products export.And then after crisis,our technical level had a very big enhancement,we can not rely on absorbing the techniques to enhance competition ability,but can only rely on independent innovation to promote China's high-tech products exports.Second,whether before or after the financial crisis,foreign investment has a significant impact on China's high-tech products exports,but the impact strength is different,ever since the financial crisis,strength of foreign investment impacting on high-tech products export of our country's decreased significantly.Third,before and after the financial crisis,impact of the companies number in high-tech zone on China's high-tech products exports changes,and after the financial crisis the companies number in the high-tech zone has no longer significant impact on China's high-tech products exports,the reason may be that after the financial crisis,our country has set up a large number of high-tech zones,more and more enterprises enter but their international competitiveness is not optimistic,which makes the companies number in the high-tech zone of one region no longer significantly influence its regional high-tech product export.Fourth,before the financial crisis,ratio of the exports to GDP influence China's high-tech products exports very significantly,but after the financial crisis influence of ratio of the exports to GDP on the high-tech products export in our country is no longer significant.Fifth,after the financial crisis,cost advantages' impact on China's high-tech products exports is significant(including the real wage index,college degree or above in proportion,etc.).After the financial crisis,in order to increase the competitiveness of their products,China's high technology enterprises will have a provincial migration,and in the migration decision these enterprises will look for regions which have low cost and high quality of the labor.Therefore,in order to promote the development of China's high-tech products exports and the international competition ability,in the macro aspect,government should optimize the environment of the market,innovate trade policies,establish and improve the modern property right system and technology innovation mechanism,accelerate the construction of high technology industrial park,promote the development of complete set of relevant industry;in the micro aspect,enterprises should build effective talent incentive mechanism,strengthen the talent development,cultivate their own independent brands,broaden the international marketing channels,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights. |
