Study On Equalization Of Urban Public Infrastructure In Anhui Province

At present,the equalization of the basic public service has become the important goal of our country's social construction.The research on the equalization of basic public services is deepening.And the research results are remarkable.But the research is focused on compulsory education,health care and social security,and there are few researches on public infrastructure.Public infrastructure is an important part of basic public services,and it plays an important role in economic and social development and people's living standards.Anhui Province has made remarkable achievements in the process of continuously promoting the equalization of public infrastructure.This paper chooses Anhui Province as the research object.And through the empirical analysis of the Anhui Province in a specific way,it can better show current situation of urban public infrastructure equalization in Anhui Province.Then this paper tries to find suggestions to promote equalization of urban public infrastructure in Anhui Province.First of all,this paper summarizes the existing research results of equalization of basic public services,and introduces the concept of infrastructure,the connotation andprinciple of equalization.And finally The equalization of public infrastructure among cities is the main content of this paper and the promotion of social equity as the value goal of equalization of public infrastructure.Secondly,the paper analyzes the status quo of the 12 public infrastructure equalization in Anhui Province by using the coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient and Teller index respectively.At the same time,the comprehensive service level of public infrastructure in Anhui cities is evaluated by data processing.Based on the analysis results,the author summarizes the achievements and problems in the equalization of public infrastructure in recent years in Anhui Province.Then,it analyzes the reasons of the achievements and problems of the equalization of public infrastructure in Anhui Province.Finally,the author puts forward some policy suggestions to further promote the equalization of public infrastructure in Anhui Province.In this paper,the possible innovation is that study urban public infrastructure equalization in specific areas that current academic researches involving in it are relatively inadequate.At the same time,this paper chooses three methods to study current situation of public infrastructure equalization in Anhui Province and it can overcome the limitations of an equalization analysis method.Based on the results of the three analytical methods,we can more accurately explain the current situation of public infrastructure equalization and introduce the policy recommendations to further promote the equalization of public infrastructure in various regions.
