Under The Perspective Of Innovation Value Chain An Empirical Study Of Spillover Effects Of Total Factor Productivity

Innovation can promote technological progress and economic growth steadily,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of our country.It is the support of all aspects of modern society development and integrate into every aspect of social life.Xi Jinping visited in Henan propose the concept of "new normal",showed that China steps into the period of opportunities and challenges of the economy.2016 is "13th Five-Year" plan at the beginning of the year,Chinese entered the critical period of social and economic shift upgrade,engine change,understand the current our country facing the background of innovation will help the innovation subject allocate the resources rationally and improve the efficiency of innovation,with new technology to promote the prosperity of the country to enhance our international status.This paper from actual environment,combined with the actual situation in our country at present and the existing innovation theory,innovation value chain can be divided into three stages basic research stage,applied research stage,product research stage.The universities,research institutions,enterprises and other innovation main body as the carrier,the establishment of Malmquist model to measure the total factor productivity.Secondly through the spatial lag model(SLM)analysis of the Total Factor Productivity spillover effect of before and after each stage of the value chain linkage effects,then analyzes different factors of the innovation subject to influence them.Finally,to establish a smooth transition model(PSTR)analysis of the government according to the different research main investment funds threshold put forward the policy recommendations for the government reasonable capital investment to promote the improvement of TFP.This article through to the various stages of innovation TFP,showing the basic research and product innovation on the total factor productivity is slightly higher than the application of innovation and total factor productivity,innovation TFP regional average growth rate showed a gradually decreasing from the east to the west.This shows that the characteristics of regional innovation capability in China is different,each stage of the value chain between innovation ability is also different.The analysis of Total Factor Productivity spillover effect of innovation on the basis of this,the empirical results show that there are positive spillover effects of innovation value chain three stage.The basic research stage,product research and innovation spillover effect of TFP formation is more obvious;the stage of applied research,productresearch and innovation spillover effect of TFP is more significant;the product research,application research of TFP has a spillover effect is more obvious.The result shows that the order some universities and enterprises,scientific research institutions and enterprises are closely linked and the interaction between universities and research institutions.The government funding as the threshold variable on the different innovation funding threshold,results showed that the stage of basic research funding of government has double threshold,stage of applied research and product research stage government funds exist a single threshold value,the results provide a basis for the government to support the development of innovation.Based on the related issues research and innovation value chain theory,for the current research on the innovation efficiency and provide a new perspective,to make a certain contribution to the mature application of this theory in related fields.The innovation value chain is divided into basic research,applied research and product of the three stage,the total factor productivity and innovation combining with the value chain,from the perspective of innovation value chain innovation in various provinces and cities to measure TFP,and from the two transverse and longitudinal direction of the various provinces and cities were compared.The previous literature are basically study the spillover effects of innovation,there are few literature about innovation TFP have spillover effects,the value chain of productivity spillover the effect of innovation based on the total factor.The existing literature is considered the threshold effect of environmental regulation,there is little literature on government funds to support innovation whether there is a threshold effect,the angle of innovation value chain based on the study of government in each stage of the appropriate funding threshold.
