Planning And Design Of Production Logistics Facility Layout In W Enterprise Based On SSLP Method

In recent years,vigorously promote information technology,the Internet thinking,mobile Internet technology and the era of big data affects,business model innovation of new kinds of cross-border integration spread rapidly through various summits,forums,media and other channels,let the public have a profound impact on the cognition of logistics.However,at present our country's logistics level,especially in the field of production logistics,did not attract enough attention,some developed countries and the United States is still not a small distance,especially for China's manufacturing industry is the need to dig the potential.Production logistics development is slow,and the manufacturing enterprises benefit is not high.These manufacturing enterprises in order to improve production efficiency,and continue to reduce production costs to seek long-term development.W enterprises in the situation about the location is determined,after the production logistics facilities layout improvement and analysis is the key method to improve the production cost,but also can improve the production efficiency of enterprises,so that enterprises can in the intense market environment more benign development.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the W company,found that the internal facilities layout and production process to a certain extent,the development of coordinated,the normal operation of the production logistics has caused major disturbances in the long run,which seriously restricts the development of enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to enhance the planning and layout of production logistics facilities in W enterprises.This article is mainly summarized from the following aspects:(1)Introduction part.This paper first introduced the research background and research significance,and then from two aspects of production logistics facilities layout and summarizes the related research results of some experts and scholars at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the research content and the technical route.(2)Basic theoretical concepts such as production logistics and facilities layout.First of all,it introduces the definition of production logistics and the characteristics of production logistics,then expounds the significance of logistics facilities and logistics analysis,and finally summarizes the related theories of SSLP method.(3)Through the field investigation of W enterprises,the paper analyzes the current situation of production logistics facilities layout in W enterprises,and finds out the main problems existing in the layout of production logistics facilities in W enterprises.Make use of the order of the workshop to do statistical research on EIQ,and provide reference for the subsequent optimization layout.According to the relationship between the W enterprise each function area and the layout of the production workshop,using the SSLP method,between the various functional areas of logistics operation correlation analysis,combined with the actual operation area of functional areas,and concluded that the optimal layout of the preliminary.(4)Preliminary plan,evaluation analysis method this paper selects the AHP,by W enterprise manager and supervisor to evaluate the level of each factor and the weight of reasonable allocation,and a fair and objective evaluation of the improvement program and the initial program,finally obtains the optimal scheme.(5)Conclusions and prospects.The last chapter is the content of the previous chapters,a comprehensive analysis and summary,and combined with the actual situation of production logistics facilities layout of W enterprises,put forward the constructive layout optimization opinion.After the workshop of W company orders EIQ analysis,will collect orders and data collation,statistics and analysis to the production logistics facilities layout optimization analysis plays a certain role of reference.SSLP method is used to reconstruct the layout of production logistics facilities,and improve some of the practical problems of enterprises.It will help enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the market and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
