At the beginning of its establishment,manufacturing enterprises faced the problem of how to carry out plant planning and workshop facility planning.In the production operation of an enterprise,whether it is the overall facility planning of the factory or the facility layout of the production workshop,the production cost,operating efficiency and The product production cycle has a huge impact,so the layout of facilities has a key role that cannot be ignored in the development of the factory.Medical device manufacturers have strict requirements on the environment of the production workshop,and their construction and maintenance costs are high.A good facility layout can greatly improve the area utilization rate of the production workshop and reduce the production cost of the enterprise.It can be seen that the optimization of facility layout has become an important way for today’s enterprises to obtain greater profits and steadily advance in the fierce industry competition.The thesis uses the SLP system facility planning method to optimize the facility layout of the company A’s infusion set assembly workshop.Through the system layout design theory,the machine equipment and personnel in the production workshop are divided into operation units,the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship between each operation unit are analyzed,and a comprehensive mutual relationship table between each operation unit is drawn and a position correlation diagram of the operation unit is drawn,Draw an area correlation chart with reference to the actual area constraints.According to the position correlation map,area correlation map and the actual constraints of the workshop,two optimized layout plans for the infusion set assembly workshop were formulated.The optimized plan effectively saves the annual purification cost of the workshop and reduces the logistics intensity between each operating unit.Secondly,the two facilities layout improvement schemes obtained by SLP method are evaluated and analyzed by AHP.First,establish a hierarchical structure analysis model for the infusion set assembly workshop,and then score the impact level of the criterion layer relative to the target layer and the scheme layer relative to the criterion layer through a questionnaire survey,and construct the criterion layer and the target layer and the scheme layer and the criterion layer Judgment matrix.The weights of the original layout plan,improvement plan one,and improvement plan two are derived from the hierarchicalorder and consistency check and the hierarchical total sorting and consistency check.The results show that the improvement plan has the largest weight and is the best layout plan.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the best solution,the Flexsim software was used to build the infusion set assembly workshop model.The results obtained after running the simulation model proved that the best layout solution was feasible and effective.
