An Analysis On Innovation And Development Of The Mobile Platform For The Personal Agency-building Distribution

Personal agent of property insurance is to show the delegate that accepts an underwriter,the insurance individual agent that is engaged in business of belongings insurance to sell.In our country,as one of the main marketing channel property insurance company,agent marketing in the development of the property insurance company,but relative to life insurance,property insurance individual agent whole team development on a smaller scale,business personnel training mechanism is not perfect,low development personal agent quality,qualification is relaxed,more important is the limitation of the traditional sales mode leads to lower overall channel size premium contribution.But with the development of mobile Internet,the popularity of smart phones,and public awareness of insurance in our country is becoming more and more strong,demand is also more and more big,therefore,the development of its insurance individual agent presents the fast growth the tendency,the traditional mode of acquisition and the training mechanism is far from complying with the requirements of development,therefore,its insurance individual agent must rely on the Internet to complete their own innovation and development,a breakthrough.In this context,domestic A property insurance company officially launched an individual agent mobile exhibition APP in June 2016,and started to promote the individual agent mobile exhibition platform nationwide.The individual agent mobile acquisition adopts the online management mode,create a remote service team and organization expert support,promote the online sales,sales support,marketing,training and risk management,for the overwhelming majority of customers with convenient and efficient insurance products and services,to provide personal agent mobile,precise marketing tools.This thesis is divided into five parts.(1)research background,literature review,research contents,methods and innovations: this paper mainly reviews relevant research literature on personal insurance agents,and briefly introduces the research background,contents,methods and innovations;(2)analysis of the current situation of mobile exhibition platform for personal insurance agents in China: through the collection and integration of data,this paper introduces the development status of Internet insurance,the concept of personal agent mobile exhibition platform and theadvantages of mobile exhibition.(3)taking company A as an example,the paper introduces the development status,characteristics and innovation of the platform in four management modes;(4)analyze and summarize the five factors that restrict the development of A company's personal agent mobile exhibition platform: insufficient team stability;County development lags behind;The renewal rate increases slowly;Platform design needs to be optimized;Platform risk control system is not perfect(5)the author according to the company A personal mobile agent acquisition platform management working experience and research,to improve the quality of team management is given and stability,strengthen the county and county management,promote the renewal rate rising steadily,perfect platform function design and strengthen risk control five innovative development Suggestions.In China,the development of personal insurance agent mobile exhibition platform is still in the primary stage of development,but it has become increasingly important for the change of personal insurance agent's future exhibition model.It is hoped that the systematic research in this thesis can provide innovative development path thinking for the mobile exhibition platform of personal insurance agents established like mushrooms after a spring rain in China.
