Study On The Management System Of Scoring System For Urban Districts

Characteristic commercial streets would promote the economic development of a city, playing significant roles for the economic development of the city. However, the emergence of commercial streets with uneven quality in short time has resulted in the bottleneck for the development and management for the commercial streets. Therefore,it maintains significant meaning to form an effective management rule for the characteristic commercial streets in cities.Based on the current management demands for the commercial streets, and with the example of Nantang Street of Wenzhou,this text proposed the management scoring system, exploring the advantage factors and feasibility of the management scoring system. The purpose is to design more effective management method to promote the development of the entire business circle and the economic development in surroundings, to form the more uniform commercial marketing atmosphere, allowing the commercial streets to develop further in a healthy and sustainable way. It provides references for the operation and management of commercial blocks and the commercial operation of urban characteristic blocks for China.This article mainly includes the following aspects: Firststarting from the research background and the research meanings for the subject selected, made introductions on the relevant concepts and drew references from the management modes for commercial streets home and abroad. With the example of Nantang Street of Wenzhou,it carried out researches on the projects management status and the problems underlying in Nantang Street, based on which it proposed the designing thought of the scoring system for the management, making scientific allocations for the scores for each part, refining the system to the target, object, contents, scoring standard, checking means,checking process,values proportion and the results verification standard,etc.At last, it proposed suggestions of improvement targeted on the management and management scoring system of Nantang Street.
