This Essay mainly study the setting of the outdoor advertisement in the business street. According to the deeply acquaintance to the recent station and the development of the outdoor ad, we can know that the study of the ad in the business street is really stringent. So this paper analyzes the problems existed in the outdoor ad, and make a conclusion in some aspect, like vision, safety and the legal safeguard. At the basis of the existing theory, combining the influence from the ad characteristic to the style of the business street and the study from the outdoor characteristic to the setting of the outdoor ad, the author points out four principles that the outdoor ad should follow in setting, the setting method and the guarantee measures of the practice.The four principles that the outdoor ad should follow in setting is integrative principle, adaptability, dynamism and feature principle. The first one research the coordination between the ad to environment and the ads in the environment system. The second one gives a represent of coordination between the outdoor ad to the limited background or carrier. Aiming at the dynamism of the business street space, the dynamism principle makes a request of the various styles and fusion style of the ad. The last one retains the self-feature of the space and the store. These four principles restrict the problems of the ad in vision and safety.In the setting method, starting with macro qualification to the layout of the space, and makes a micro-perspective grasp in the vision and safety. Furthermore, according to these, the author made a specific analysis and limits to the outdoor ad with different carriers-buildings, just as commercial structures ad, the floating carrier ad, the lawn and water environment ad and so on.Protection measures include the "planning in advance, the system classification," "reasonable orientation, internal coordination", "long-term management, and achievement consolidated," which makes a guide to the setting of the outdoor ad in the business street from three aspect, before the setting,in the setting and after the setting. All of these assure the classification before the setting of the ad, also regulate and balance the interests of each part in the setting and propose some appropriate protection of outdoor ad after the setting finally.
