As the economy becomes more and more globalized,the competition between enterprises in our country will be intensified,and it will also have to face the strong competition from abroad.More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to performance management,it can establish suitable and effective system to strengthen enterprise management,a good way of performance management can help enterprises to enhance competitiveness.In all business types,financing lease is the emerging industry and the development prospect is very good,so financial leasing companies more pressing need to establish a suitable performance management system to promote the development of the company further.But there is a lot of performance management system,and the choice of a suitable and feasible system is a common problem in all industries.The best answer to the question is the balanced scorecard,which experts have long studied.The balanced scorecard includes financial index not only,more add the non-financial indicators,compared to other performance management system to a more comprehensive analysis of data,more conducive to the development of the information feedback to enterprises.It will be a development trend to push the balanced scorecard system in enterprise management.In this paper,the theory combined with practice,using the research methods of case analysis,discusses the economy in our country finance lease company how to choose the way of performance management.Through the case of the CW leasing company,using the way of field investigation and research to understand the CW leasing company performance management present situation,and analyzed problems and causes,finally on the basis of the balanced scorecard system to construct the CW leasing company performance management system,for the balanced scorecard system of financing lease industry in our country provides some references for the popularization and application.The research content of this article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,first of all,from the development of performance management,financing leasing industry development and the development of the balanced scorecard introduced from the aspects such as the research background and main content,secondly by introducing the performance management present situation and the current situation of the development of the balanced scorecard outstanding research significance,and through the study of literature review at home and abroad,it points out the research ideas and methods of the article and article innovations.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theories of enterprise performance management,including the concept of performance,the content of the concept of performance management and performance management,thus to illustrate the process of performance management in the enterprise operation.The third chapter mainly from the concept and the core content of five kinds of commonly used methods of performance management at home and abroad are introduced,including the target management,individual more hair,key performance indicators and 360 degree performance evaluation method and the balanced scorecard,put them in accordance with the traditional way of performance management,improvement of performance management and the balanced scorecard in three aspects,and to compare these five methods,highlight the advantages of the balanced scorecard.The fourth chapter focuses on the balanced scorecard system related content.Tells the story of the concept of the balanced scorecard,and financial perspective,customer perspective,business process from three aspects this paper introduces the design of the balanced scorecard framework,and its implementation in the enterprise principles,steps and attention problems.The fifth chapter is the CW leasing company.First introduced the CW leasing company and the company's performance management present situation,the article focuses on the CW is leasing company departments and staff performance management present situation,the second for pointed out the problems existing,and an analysis of the causes problems.Again,based on the balanced scorecard system design the CW leasing company performance management system.The last of the CW leasing company to effect evaluation on the implementation of the balanced scorecard system.The sixth chapter is summary and outlook,summarizes the research conclusions and deficiencies.
