As the important content of human resource management company,employee incentive needs through scientific management problem analysis,formulate rules and regulations to restrain and promote the organization's personnel growth,motivate employees to do more and better contribution to the company.In this paper,using the diversified incentive theory support to SYYU company employees incentive problem is studied.Mainly USES empirical and research methods of case analysis,through field investigation,interview feedback company designed the questionnaire,the questionnaire of the recycling the comb,adhere to the principle for the principle of doing the reason analysis.By the company employees incentive satisfaction problems make the practical and feasible,and combined with the company development staff incentive schemes.According to the company's internal and external rewards as well as a certain regulation,can improve the benefit of achieving goals.Concrete manifestation is to give employees enough power,to increase employee satisfaction.Company with employee motivation can adopt the form of remuneration incentives or provide certain rewards and punishment measures to stimulate the staff's working enthusiasm,guide and keeping the organization's work,planning staff of all kinds of behavior.Combining SYYU company in terms of employee incentive status quo of the research,development speed and management can't keep up with all employee incentive problems,according to current situation of SYYU company employees incentive problems made a concrete analysis.Combining the theory of demand and two-factor theory,and puts forward the improvement SYYU company employees incentive problems some countermeasures.One is on the compensation scheme formulated mainly considered the improvement of employee compensation system,in order to make the new and old employees have moderate difference space;Second is on the performance appraisal pays attention to the determination of evaluation period,pay attention to the key points of design targeted examination,strengthen the interview obtain evaluation feedback method is the implementation of the incentives to better;Three is in the targeted make staff career planning,provide flexible job competition and diversified ways of working;Four is to attend the training in examination,flexible design training programs,improve employees' skills and promote employees to enterprise's identity and satisfaction.In parts of the thought and theory research results,this paper combined with working practice,puts forward the design method of SYYU company incentive problems,improve the staff incentive problems,thus to guide the company in terms of employee incentive problems of practice and exploration.In this paper,enriched the content of employee incentive problems research,to some extent,extend the extension of the staff incentive system,has a certain practical significance.
