In the clothing industry, with the volatility of the economic environment at home and abroad, China’s apparel processing enterprise competition intensifying, private enterprise has strong influence in the east China region, in the fierce market competition, challenging fashion group performance appraisal problems gradually emerge, direct threat to the company’s overall development strategy. In this context, this paper puts forward a set of accord with the characteristics of trued fashion group operation staff performance appraisal program, is particularly important to the development of the company.Based on this, this paper adopted literature review, case analysis and comparison of the inductive research method, with the actual survey of questionnaire and on-site visit, through comprehensive analysis, the trued fashion group in-depth analysis, through the analysis of the internal and external environment and the present situation of staff, found the causes of deficiency of enterprise employees incentive mainly comes from the organizational structure is not perfect, compensation structure is not scientific, business owners, not enough emphasis on personnel management, and the lack of effective incentive system, etc. To solve these problems, this paper presents a challenging fashion group, the optimized plan for the performance appraisal and the performance appraisal scheme of implementation and safeguard measures are analyzed in detail. Mainly discusses the research background, aim, significance, content, framework and research methods, etc(2) literature and theory review section. Mainly discusses the incentive of the relevant literature, the concept of performance appraisal program and contents, the methods of modern enterprise incentive management, and applied to the company performance evaluation method in this paper.(3) trued fashion group performance appraisal status quo and problem analysis.
