Research On Circulation System Of Agricultural Products For Hebei Province

Agriculture is the prerequisite and foundation of China’s national economic development,it has a pivotal position in the process of China’s economic development.With the development of the market economy system,all sectors of society understanding the leading position of agricultural products circulation industry.Agricultural circulation as an important part of China’s agricultural development,it can not only properly solve the "agriculture issues" problem,but also the necessary requirements of urban-rural integration.The establishment of a stable and efficient agricultural products circulation system,not only improving the income level of farmers in rural areas,but also promoting the development of other industries.At present,a lot of issues about China’s agricultural products circulation need to be resolved.For example: the price mechanism of agricultural products is not reasonable,the relationship of saleing and producing the agricultural product is instability,the supportive polices of is not perfect and so on.These problems need to be resolved by an effective circulation system.Hebei Province is an important province for the production of agricultural products in China.The construction of agricultural products circulation system has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,such as: the organizational standards of agricultural products circulation is relatively low,the distribution channels are not smooth,the circulation market system is not perfect,the imbalance of the market’s supply and demand.Agricultural products can not be normal circulated,is blocked by these problems,so studying the agricultural products circulation system is imperative.At the same time,we can see that the United States and Japan and other countries in the circulation of agricultural products has been on track,there are many experiences worthy studying.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,so in order to stablly developing other industries,agriculture must be developed firstly.On the basis of combing the circulation theory of agricultural products,this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of agricultural products circulation system in Hebei province.According to the analysis framework,some structural indexes,behavior indicators and benefit indicators which affect the efficiency of agricultural products circulation are selected,and the relationship between these indexes and circulation efficiency is obtained by factor analysis.Finally,with obtaining the experience of circulation of foreign agricultural products,this thesis gives the recommendations about developing the agricultureal products circulation in Hebei Province.Through the study,it is considered that the concentration of agricultural products retailing,the batching coefficient of agricultural products and the construction of rural informatization are the most influential factors on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products.This paper improve the agricultural products circulation in Hebei Province starting from optimizing the level of organizational degree,building an effective network information platform and establishing an effective logistics infrastructure construction.
