Study On The Regional Differences And Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Products Circulation Efficiency

Since1978, circulation of agricultural products released, after30years of market-oriented reforms, China has initially formed at this stage a nationwide circulation system, basically forming a large circulation of agricultural products nationwide. But compared to people’s growing life demand, the development of the circulation of agricultural products is still lagging behind in the state. Consumers is beginning to pursue the products of high quality and species diversity, the circulation becomes more and more important in the agricultural industry chain. Agricultural products circulation problems seriously affect the efficiency of agricultural products circulation, which gives the body the circulation of agricultural products has brought the loss of benefits, and thus hinder the development of China’s agriculture and economy.At present, the regional development of China’s agricultural product circulation imbalance is more prominent, stage of development is not the same, the problems are not the same. Based on the uneven development of agricultural products circulation around the background, this paper proposes to study the problem.What is the circulation efficiency of the present agricultural products? How to evaluate agricultural products circulation efficiency scientific and accurate? How to judge the development stage based on the circulation efficiency? What is the different effect factor of different part? How to improve the efficiency of agricultural product circulation? These are very noteworthy academic direction.The study of this paper focus on above problems specially. We will use the methods of literature review and empirical analysis, make qualitative and quantitative analysis on the efficiency of China’s agricultural product circulation development, through the data to analyze the different regions of the circulation efficiency of agricultural products, and to explore the influence of the bottleneck of improving efficiency of agricultural products circulation, points out the problem of this region, and provide recommendations for regional agricultural products circulation development policy. By studying, the circulation efficiency of regional agricultural products in China from2001to2011is basically in the state rose, but some provinces appeared in the backward situation in some years. The eastern, central and Western gap exists, the first few years show gap phenomenon, maybe because of the rapid development of eastern coastal areas in this century. Since2005the gap was reduced year by year, this condition has certain relation to the policy tilted to the central and western.By qualitative analysis of the regional agricultural circulation efficiency, determine the factors that affect the circulation of agricultural products circulation efficiency of the primary stage, and the use of statistical data to make a regression analysis. According to the results of the analysis, in the efficiency of agricultural products circulation factors, rural logistics infrastructure, the rural labor force quality, the rate of urbanization and rural informatization level showed significant positive effect, circulation professional level of agricultural products is not fully revealed to the agricultural products circulation efficiency promotion. Among them, impact on the efficiency of agricultural products circulation of rural logistics infrastructure is relatively high, but the biggest in western; quality of labor force and urbanization rate show the biggest impact in central, the influences of informatization level on the West is bigger than the East and central. Finally, according to results of the analysis of various factors and the degree of influence in the region, combined with the reality of the situation, given the current development of the regional distribution of agricultural products should focus on issues of concern.
