The Study On Cluster Development And Investment And Financing Of Software Industry Of China

Since the 1980s,in the face of the worldwide high-tech revolution,China is also actively involved in.The government actively adjusted the industrial structure,and vigorously supported scientific and technological innovation to promote the development of high-tech industries.The theory and practice both show that the cluster development of high-tech industry is an effective form and inevitable choice for the sustainable development of high-tech industry.In the new era background,China has entered the ranks of building an innovative country.With the accelerated pace of construction,China increasingly need to create high-tech industrial clusters.In August 1988,the Chinese government approved the Ministry of Science and Technology to organize the Torch Program to guide the development of Chinese high-tech industry.Since the 1990s,information technology has been developing rapidly,which marks the advent of the information age.Software is the core and the soul of the information industry,so the development of the software industry is particularly important.To accelerate the development of Chinese software industry,the Ministry of Science and Technology relied on the national high-tech zones to set up the national Torch Program software industry base since 1995.Domestic research on industrial clusters started relatively late.The research on the high-tech industry cluster and its investment and financing model are also insufficient.Considering that the development of the software industry base in the national Torch Program is relatively systematic and mature,and that the software industry has played an important role in the information age,so the research are about its clustering development and investment and financing model.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the development of China's hi-tech industry.This paper will discuss the clustering development of the national Torch Program software industry as well as the investment and financing model,which will be mainly from the following five parts:The first part will be the introduction,which will elaborate the research background and significance,and summarize the related research at home and abroad,and list the research framework of the article.The second part will summarize the related theories of high-tech industry cluster and investment and financing according to the relevant research at home and abroad.The third part will analyze the development of Chinese high-tech industry and the Torch Program software industry base from the development process and the present situation.By comparing with the foreign typical high-tech industry,this paper will provide ideas for Chinese high-tech industries.The fourth part will analyze the investment and financing mode of the Torch Program software industry base.By comparing and analyzing the investment and financing mode of the typical high-tech industry cluster abroad,it is of great significance to innovate the investment and financing mode of the hi-tech industry cluster in China.In addition,according to the basic situation of the software industry base of the Torch Program,the relationship between the development of the software industry cluster and the investment and financing will be analyzed empirically.The analysis results are of great significance to the development of the software industry cluster in China.It is also a reference for the other industries in the high-tech development.The last part of the article will sum up the study of Chinese software industry,and then provide some policy recommendations for the future development of Chinese high-tech industry.
