At present,China has entered a new normal economic development,the economic structure is restructuring,the Internet and other emerging industries are developing rapidly,these put forward higher requirements for the management of traditional enterprises.The dependence of enterprises on talents is gradually strengthened.But the relevant information and research shows that the turnover rate has been high in recent years,in particular,the phenomenon of the new generation of employees leave half a year has been widespread concern.High turnover rate caused the brain drain,weaken the competitiveness of enterprises,increased operating costs,and not conducive to long-term stable operation of enterprises.The influencing factors of turnover and how to reduce the turnover rate have been a hot issue for managers and scholars."2015 turnover and salary Research Report"shows that uncompetitive remuneration ranks first in the initiative to leave,Direct supervisor discord proved to be second reasons for employee turnover and accounts for 71.5%.It indicates that the relationship between staff and leadership has become one of the main reasons that lead to leave which can not be neglected.The new generation of employees have distinct personality characteristics,they advocateequality,persuing self-mastery,defying authority,and lack of recognition of traditionalpower structure.This is likely to be the root cause of his resignation.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper analyzes and make assumptions about the relationship between supervisors-subordinate guanxi,identification with the leader,environmental uncertainty and turnover intention.Through the statistical analysis of 317 data collected from the questionnaire,the study comes to conclusion that:1.Affective attachment and deference to supervisor are significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention.2.Affective attachment,personal-life inclusion and deference to supervisor are significantly positively correlated with identification with the leader.3.Identification with the leader plays a partial mediating role between affective attachment and turnover intention,deference to supervisor and turnover intention.4.Environmental uncertainty has significant moderating effect between affective attachment and identification with the leader,deference to supervisor and identification with the leader.Based on that,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the relationship between subordinates and subordinates,improve their recognition and reduce their turnover intention,in order to provide some basis and reference for enterprise management.
