Along with the growth of China's economy,China's banking industry is also booming.In today's social economy,almost any economic activity can not be separated from the support of the banking industry,while the development of the economy has also promoted the development of the banking industry.Bank of Kunlun from a small city commercial bank is a large regional commercial banks,is also facing increasing market competition pressure,appear declining profitability,business growth began to slow,lagging behind the development of the intermediate business.At the same time,there are still some deficiencies in the performance management and overall planning,and there are still some weak points in the performance management and management.This requires us to carefully analyze the existing problems and find out the optimal solution for the performance appraisal system of Urumqi branch of Bank of Kunlun.In this paper,the Kunlun branch of Bank of Urumqi,for example,under the guidance of the theory of performance appraisal,the branch of the organization,personnel structure,age structure and educational level,etc.Therefore,the Bank of Kunlun Urumqi branch performance evaluation as an example,studied the implementation process problems,analyze the reasons the problem,find a solution,and its optimization and improvement,so as to get a suitable for the Urumqi branch of the actual situation of the performance appraisal system.Through the research on the current performance appraisal system of Kunlun branch of Bank of Urumqi,the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators,performance assessment system of the optimized design,department assessment in accordance with the Balanced Scorecard Principle,highlighting the responsibilities of departments,staff appraisal outstanding job responsibilities implementation,performance and performance results,the staff's personal interests and enterprise development together,stimulate the initiative of the bank staff,improve bank performance management level and competitive ability.The staffs personal interests and enterprise development together,stimulate the initiative of the bank employees,improve the management level and competitive ability of enterprises.In addition,this paper also results from the performance appraisal performance appraisal method,communication and feedback,the actual application is discussed and research,make performance appraisal true to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,improve the level of enterprise management role.Finally,this paper from the enterprise culture,improve the system,staffing levels proposed safeguards to ensure the successful implementation of the optimization scheme of performance appraisal,these security measures will effectively promote the continuous improvement of the optimization scheme of the performance assessment system,help Kunlun bank Urumqi branch to improve their management level and the management level of enterprises.In this paper,the Bank of Kunlun Urumqi branch as an example,the analysis and Research on the performance appraisal system,it also has certain reference for other city commercial banks,hoping to provide a reference for the whole city commercial bank performance management and enterprise management.
