Study On The Road Administration Problem In Rural Pasturing Area Of Wushenqi County In Erdos City

As we all know,the planning and the development of road network is the key point of a city,and the road administration is of paramount importance.The progress of road construction is to create the wealth and culture for the society,and the road administration is the protector of the special wealth.It takes a combination of wealth-producing and wealth-protecting.The rural pasturing road is the main component of the road network,and public infrastructure.The Pre-construction work as well as the late-stage maintenance and management is of great importance,it determines the road's public service function.The road administration is the focus of the "road construction,road management,road administration" system.To guarantee the road's public service function,we should improve the road administration.According to the principle of "to develop a road one should construct first and smooth later",the development of the rural pasturing road should ensure the quality as well as quantity.As a result,the road administration plays an important role in the whole progress.The optimization and effectiveness of the road network relies on the road administration.This paper discusses and studies the road administration of rural pasturing area according to the public management theory.Firstly,it illustrates the current development of the rural pasturing road in WuShenQi County.Secondly,it explains the reasons and problems of the rural pasturing road in WuShenQi County,and at last it puts forward the new measures to solve the problems.
