Research On The Transfer Of Medical Insurance To Local Management Of State Owned Enterprises

Medical insurance policy is an important part of the national social security policy,which plays an important role in protecting the health of citizens and promoting social stability.Our country continues to carry on the exploration and the research of the medical insurance reform,which has obtained the remarkable achievement in the economical and the social aspect.However,China's medical insurance reform is still facing many challenges,in the face of changing social environment,and the emergence of new issues,China's medical insurance system should adopt effective methods and means to adapt to the needs of the development of modern society and the citizen,the continuous development and improvement of the medical insurance system,promote the development of people's livelihood.,make the people live and work in peace.To improve the overall level is the essential requirement of the social insurance system,including medical insurance.The higher the overall level,the greater the number of rules,the more effective,the ability to help each other,the ability to resist risks,the more stable the system,the more secure.Therefore,it is very important to transfer the company's medical insurance to local management.This paper put forward the possible problems to ensure the smooth and peaceful transition through analysing the relevant theoretical of improving the overall level,a comprehensive comparison of ZN company medical insurance system and medical insurance system,the design of specific programs of medical insurance transfer to local management.Finally,five suggestions are put forward to promote the smoothly and orderly transfer of medical insurance in China's state-owned enterprises:First,countries should strengthen the legal construction;second,local governments according to local conditions,formulate corresponding regulations;third,the government should strengthen the propaganda;fourth,the government should explore the mode of medical insurance more efficiently,improve the information disclosure mechanism;fifth,strengthen the research of the reform system,enhance the awareness of staff.
