Chinese dream,ignite national passion;live dream,cohesion people look forward to.From the home to the housing,to the home ownership of their rooms,excellent room,the Chinese dream of the Chinese people live in the dream.Shantytowns is a major livelihood projects and development projects,to promote the construction of new urbanization human centered,boost the economy to achieve sustainable and healthy development and continuous improvement of people's livelihood,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream China far-reaching and significant.Wuhai shantytowns related to the immediate interests of the residents of nearly 200 thousand shantytowns,but also related to the urban construction and industrial restructuring in Wuhai,has important significance.The implementation of the shantytowns project can not only improve the shantytowns status of long term living environment dirty,disorderly and poor,but also can improve the shantytowns housing quality and the living environment fundamentally solve squatters living environment problems,the most direct and practical,to achieve a stable and harmonious society,to enhance the taste of the city.On the combination of theory and practice in this paper,from the perspective of public management,combined with the theory of social security,human settlements theory,community construction theory,social justice theory,the new public service theory,using various research methods,in-depth study of the measures and the present situation and existing problems of the shanty towns of Wuhai city.The advanced experience of domestic and foreign shantytowns analysis for horizontal and vertical illumination,both,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in eight aspects,all-round,multi angle,with a new round of shantytowns,in order to promote the process of shantytowns in Wuhai city.
