Study On Circulation Industry Space Layout Of Harbin City

With the rapid development of economy,circulation industry in China has made great development and new commercial formats have been emerged,the infrastructure has been significantly improved and the trade scale of retail and wholesale has been continued to expand.The circulation industry has become a basic and pilot industry.In 2015,the " Layout Plan of National Circulation Node City(2015～2020)" was jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and other ten departments.Harbin,which was planned to become a national circulation node city,was planned for the large channel endpoint of the eastern coast.This has important effects in promoting the rapid development of modern logistics in Harbin,improving the function of circulation node city,playing the fundamental and leading role in circulation industry,releasing the consumption potential.And the distribution of the circulation industry is the key that is to decide whether to make use of various resources in the region and to take regional advantages.Only the layout of the circulation industry and the urban space layout in harmony,economic and ecological environment in chime,it will get benefits of society and economy.On the contrary,it will harm infinite,meanwhile pay a painful price.Relative to cities that are important and high economic level,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other places,the network layout of circulation industry in Harbin is unreasonable.And the layout of municipal business center and regional business center is not clear.The lack of community and convenience business is also serious.In order to optimize the topology of circulation industry in Harbin,this paper mainly studied the following aspects:Firstly,it clarified the background of the topic and research significance.And summarized theories and methods of the study on the spatial layout of circulation industry in domestic and overseas.Secondly,it provided theoretical supports to optimize the layout of circulation industry in Harbin by using the Central Theory,American Business Location Theory,Growth Pole Mode and Point Axis Model.With introducing topology environment of circulation industry in Harbin,analysis from three aspects including the layout of the business district on all levels,the layout of the business district of format,the commercial distribution characteristics.Combined with the specific situation of Harbin,and explored the problems that existed in the spatial distribution of circulation industry in Harbin,such as that spatial layout is not balanced,the core business district outlets are too close,community business district business network chaos and development lag and the business structure in the business district is unreasonable.Thirdly,analyzed the four factors of urban spatial structure,population quantity and density,urban traf’fic as well as agglomeration effect,affected the spatial layout of circulation industry.And compared the layout of circulation industry in the foreign with the layout of circulation industry in Harbin in four aspects that mode by layout,business center hierarchy,ecological city,business plan.Finally,made the planning of circulation industry in Harbin that is"three growth points","eight regions" and the subway business district circulation industry on the basis of learning from foreign planning advantages and planning regulations.And put forward specific measures that strengthen the government planning regulation and guidance,combined commercial layout with the overall layout of the city,to optimize the business level system,relying on subway hub five,and pay attention to commercial diversification and mixed.
