In recent years,the rapid economic development of our country,the country also pay more and more attention to the development of agriculture,vigorously develop modern agriculture in the country's big background,is closely related to the agricultural development of agricultural facilities spatial layout optimization problems are more and more experts and scholars attention.Wafangdian city as the largest in grain production in northeast China,the layout of the comprehensive agricultural service center for the county agricultural development is very important.In this paper,on the basis of the centre,the accessibility theory,supported by GIS technology,puts forward the relevant theories about the comprehensive agricultural service center and comprehensive service center of Wafangdian city agriculture layout situation after analyzing layout optimization scheme is put forward.Firstly,based on the related theories of agriculture and accessibility theory,the study of the method and GIS technology,puts forward the comprehensive agricultural service center of connotation,function,classification and the principle of comprehensive agricultural service center layout optimization methods,standards,and technology.Secondly,through to Wafangdian city comprehensive agricultural service center layout present situation analysis and research,points out the problems and deficiencies of the existing,determine the optimal conditions.Wafangdian gleaned from the villages and towns(street)and village(community)data of population,agricultural production materials(mainly for the fruit and food)data,vector data,analysis,in population and fruit,and distribution characteristics of grain production;Use Google satellite images combined with Wafangdian city traffic map map tile city traffic network and build the network data set;Use theissen polygon on agricultural comprehensive service center,in the market area,using gaussian two-step moving search model the ratio of supply and demand of agricultural comprehensive service center and the villages(communities)agricultural service accessibility of the status quo,combined with the road,population,fruit,grain data on the stack buffer analysis,find out the existing problems.Finally,aiming at Wafangdian city comprehensive agricultural service center layout present situation and existing problems of layout optimization scheme is put forward.Determine the level and number of service center set parameters,based on the minimum impedance model,respectively,set conditions for screening candidate position distribution function of using ArcGIS to step by step optimization of comprehensive agricultural service center,after optimization in the town of fort a new three-level center,in the center of the complex state bay town added a secondary.
