According to the modern management theory,with the development of enterprises,equity incentive in more and more enterprises are widely used,is consistent with the long-term development of an incentive model for enterprises to bring more value creativity.On July 13,2016,the Company promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Equity Incentives for Listed Companies,implemented the strategic plan for deepening the reform of enterprises,the spirit of "optimizing the return mechanism of listed companies",and promoted the formation of the interests of owners and laborers Community,to improve the enthusiasm of the management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to enhance shareholder returns.In particular,the knowledge-intensive service industry is actively implementing the equity incentive and is the industry with the largest number of equity incentive.The industry has the characteristics of high knowledge and high technology interaction,and has a significant effect on regional innovation.The main purpose of the equity incentive is to reduce the agency conflict between shareholders and management,and to encourage the management to bring value and increase the value of the enterprise to the enterprise,because of the principal-agent problem caused by the separation of ownership and management right.At the same time,the value of creativity also affects the profitability of enterprises,business risk,product market development..At present,in the case study of equity incentive,there is less content to study the relationship between equity incentive and value creativity.Therefore,in this context,the paper chooses the effect of equity incentive on value creativity as the research content.Based on the theory of corporate governance,human capital theory and incentive theory as the theoretical support,according to the measurement of value creativity,The mechanism of value creativity,the implementation of the equity incentive program,the financial performance,human capital,market development analysis of equity incentive and the impact of value creativity.Taking of Huawei as a representative case,analyzing the effect of its equity incentive scheme on the promotion of value creativity,and then providing reference for the knowledge-intensive service industry.
