Research On The Innovation Ability Of Knowledge-intensive Service Industry In Shanxi Province

With the advent of the knowledge economy,many developed regions in China have led the knowledge-intensive service industry as a strategy to lead the industry.The essence of the knowledge-intensive service industry is the modern service industry based on the knowledge elements,with high knowledge,high technology,high innovation and high interaction with upstream and downstream industries and consumers.As an inland province,Shanxi Province is in the midst of a resource-based economic transformation.From coal-based economy to the development of equipment manufacturing,new energy,new materials,and modern service industries.As far as the knowledge-intensive service industry is concerned,Shanxi has a relatively late start,and there is still a certain gap between the development level and the developed regions.The improvement of innovation capability is a strong driving force for accelerating the development of knowledge-intensive service industry.It is imperative to enhance the innovation capability of knowledge-intensive service industry in Shanxi Province.The knowledge-intensive service industry is not a single industry,but an industrial cluster with highly concentrated knowledge resources,including information transmission,software and information technology services,scientific research and technology services,business services and finance.The main body of this paper is the innovation ability of knowledge-intensive service industry,which defines the related concepts of knowledge-intensive service industry and its innovation ability,and analyzes the factors affecting its innovation ability,and builds knowledge-intensive services.Indicator evaluation system for industry innovation capability.Through combing the development status and innovation status of knowledge-intensive service industry in Shanxi Province,it is found that the development status of knowledge-intensive service industry in Shanxi Province is generally good,and the development scale and industrial performance are increasing year by year,but its innovation ability needs to be improved.The intensity is seriously insufficient,and the growth rate of innovation results is slow.Based on this,three key factors affecting the innovation ability of the industry in Shanxi Province were extracted,namely,capitalinvestment,knowledge creation ability and intellectual property protection.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the investment in R&D expenditure has little impact on improving the innovation ability of knowledge-intensive service industry,and knowledge creation ability and protection of intellectual property rights will have a great impact on its innovation ability.At the end of the article,from the three aspects of enterprise's strategy choice,industrial structure adjustment and macro environment improvement,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for Shanxi's strategic choice.
