Temporal And Spatial Evolution Of The Green Level Of The Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development level has been improved,but economic development has long followed the traditional extensive economic growth mode,bringing a series of resources and environmental problems.With the concept of sustainable development,scientific development and green development,the mode of economic development in China has been transformed.In March 2015,the central committee of the political in "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on accelerating the opinions of the construction of ecological civilization",put forward to promote the new industrialization,informationization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and greening together,from the "four modernizations" into a "five".How to promote the green development of economy is a huge challenge for China's national economic development.Shandong Province is the economically developed province in the eastern coastal areas of China.Shandong Peninsula is the core area of economic development in Shandong Province,where contradiction between economic development and resources and environment is very prominent.The scientific analysis and evaluation of the green development level of its economic development have important theoretical and practical significance for judging its regional development trend and promoting the regional sustainable development process.This paper first combs the relevant literatures of greening research,and expounds the connotation of green and the related basic theory.On this basis,this paper takes the seven coastal prefecture-level cities in Qingdao,Dongying,Yantai,Weifang,Weihai,Rizhao and Binzhou in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula as the research object,combined with the actual situation of the study area,choose scientific and reasonable index,from the quality of economic growth,resource utilization,ecological environment protection and green living in four aspects,such as establishing the evaluation index system of greening level.Using the entropy weight method and comprehensive index method to determine the weight coefficient of each index respectively from two dimensions of time and space in shandong peninsula blue economic zone around 2005-2014,the city greening level of analysis and evaluation,and put forward the countermeasures to improve the green level of the blue economic zone.The study found : First,there is a significant regional difference in the level of greening in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula during the period from 2005 to 2014,and the area with high green level has a tendency to shift to the southwest.The greening level of Qingdao,Dongying and Weihai is higher,the quality of economic growth,resource utilization,ecologicalenvironmental protection and green all aspects of life are both at a higher level,greening level of Yantai and Weifang are in the middle position,Binzhou and Rizhao are the lowest.Second,during the period from 2005 to 2014,the green level of the blue economy in Shandong Peninsula changed little with time,and the ranking of green areas was stable.Qingdao,Dongying and Weihai greening level has always been among the top three,the greening level of Yantai,Binzhou,Weifang and Rizhao have been low in recent years,to transformation of the mode of economic growth as soon as possible.Third,to enhance the green level of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone,we can do something from the transformation of economic growth,improve resource use efficiency,strengthen the protection of the ecological environment,and actively promote the concept of green consumption And advocate green lifestyle and so on.
