With the development of the economy,people’s consumption level and living standard have been significantly improved,and people’s requirements for fresh agricultural products are more refined.Different consumers have freshness,safety and nutritional value of fresh agricultural products.put forward higher requirements.The government has also introduced corresponding policies to meet the needs of consumers.This kind of special new agricultural product sales model that connects consumers with the government is called-community convenience store.This model is that the government gives certain funds and policy support to build a platform for enterprises and communities,and is operated by enterprises to provide consumers with cheaper,fresher and safer fresh agricultural products.Kuitun’s HFZ community convenience outlet store is one such enterprise.The HFZ community convenience store has provided convenience for Kuitun people to buy fresh agricultural products,and played a huge role during the epidemic.However,in the process of continuous expansion of business,HFZ community convenience stores have also encountered many contradictions,such as inaccurate selection of distribution modes,unreasonable distribution path planning,and unreasonable location selection of distribution centers.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the distribution path of HFZ community convenience direct selling stores,and puts forward suggestions for solving the problem.First of all,I have read and sorted out many domestic and foreign literatures on logistics distribution path optimization,community convenience direct sales stores,genetic algorithms,etc.,and outline the relevant theories,which lays the foundation for the writing of the thesis.Secondly,by analyzing the status quo of the distribution path of the HFZ community convenience direct selling store,find the problems existing in the distribution path of the HFZ community convenience direct selling store and analyze the reasons for the existing problems.The Selenium tool crawler is used again to calculate the distance between the store and the store,taking the fresh agricultural products of the HFZ community convenience direct sales store as the research object,and establishing the distribution path optimization model with the shortest distance and the lowest distribution cost as the research goals.Through Matlab software,using genetic algorithm,and substituting the established model and distribution center data,the optimal path of HFZ community convenience direct sales store for 63 stores is obtained.Finally,the distribution mileage and total cost of distribution before optimization are compared with the optimized distribution mileage and total cost of distribution.
