| In 2020,in order to expand the market share of Shenyang,SC Company has acquired CH Project through acquisition.There must be no loss in the progress goal of CH project.However,we have to face with the inherent stubborn drawbacks of schedule management in project development,including the frequent resource conflicts and activity delays in the process of intersecting multiple aspects such as design,construction,and procurement.It is difficult to use traditional schedule management tools to solve the existing problems.Based on the above reasons,the Critical Chain Method is adopted in the research of schedule planning and control of CH project.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analysis of CH project background and progress management characteristics.Introduce the project background and construction content,and analyze the characteristics of the progress management of CH project.(2)The schedule plan of CH project is compiled by using Critical Chain Method.Decompose the structure of work and estimate the duration of the CH project to obtain the critical path.On this basis,estimate the resources of each activity to obtain the critical chain.At the same time,use the Risk Calculation Method to calculate the risk time of the process,thereby setting the size of the project buffer,and finally obtaining a complete progress schedule of the CH project.(3)In the critical chain theory system,the project buffer area needs to be set up and managed for the project to research and explore in this area.During the implementation of CH project,there are common phenomena such as resource conflicts between processes and process delays.Use Critical Chain Method to monitor the buffer to determine whether the project manager needs to be involved and take corresponding measures after the intervention,improving incentives or other means to remedy.Through the study,the improvement of CH project progress management can be achieved.Meantime,it can also provide reference for the application of critical chain method in progress management of similar construction projects. |
