Study On The Financial Support Of Agricultural Products Logistics Development In Hunan Province

Over the years,issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers have been one of the important government works in our country.Especially the recent 20 years,the problems become more and more prominent.That how to scientifically and reasonably deal with the three issues have a direct effect on people's happiness,society's stability,country's prosperity and nation's revival.Our country China is nowadays the biggest developing country in the world,and also the big country of output and consumption of agricultural products.At the recent stage,the key point of the three issues is agricultural products,including the whole system such as production,circulation and consumption and so on.With the rapid developing of logistics industry in recent years,the circulation of agricultural products becomes more efficient,which has an important and good effect on increasing the farmers'income and resolve the three issues in our country.However,the logistics industry of our country is at a very early stage of development,and exists some obvious problems on a lot of details.The logistics service is not systematic,service system is not sound,logistics equipment and technology are slow,all of which are not good at the developing of logistics industry in our country.The fundamental bottleneck of technology introduction on agricultural products' logistics enterprises and expanding of business scope is fund.Without strong financial support,it is difficult for enterprises to grow up rapidly and healthily.However,under the consideration of risk management,many financial institutions' loan approval for those agricultural products'logistics enterprises is more strict,which leads that a lot of enterprises cannot smoothly get the fund they need.Without the fund,the enterprises are not able to increase their logistics level,the operating profit will reduce,overall development of agricultural products' logistics enterprises will be affected.According to all above,beginning with the related theories on financial support of agricultural products'logistics,to combine with the successful experiences of financial support of agricultural products' logistics in,this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems on financial support of agricultural products' logistics in Hunan Province,and researches the healthy developing countermeasures and suggestions on promoting financial support of agricultural products' logistics in Hunan Province.This thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.The content of this chapter is the background of this topic,the significance of this topic,relevant research overview at home and abroad,the main content and research methods.The second chapter is about the concept and theoretical basis of agricultural products' logistics financial support,the summary of agricultural products' logistics,the characteristics of the agricultural products' logistics finance,and the theories of financial support for agricultural products' logistics.The third chapter is the current situation on financial support of agricultural products' logistics in Hunan Province.Firstly,it analyzes the development of agricultural products'logistics and the current financial supply situation in Hunan Province,as well as the current status of Hunan finance supporting agricultural products logistics' development.What's more,it deeply studies the current situation and problems on financial support of agricultural products' logistics in Hunan Province.The fourth chapter is a comparative analysis of financial support on the development of agricultural products logistics at home and abroad.It first analyzes the main practices of financial support on the development of agricultural products logistics in the United States,Japan and other developed countries,and the main measures for the financial support of the development of agricultural products logistics in developing countries.What's more,it introduces the successful experiences of the financial support on the development of agricultural products logistics in China.The fifth chapter is about the countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the healthy developing of financial support agricultural products' logistics in Hunan Province.According to the problems existed in the process of financial support for agricultural products logistics in Hunan Province,the chapter makes up a comprehensive and multi-level financial support framework.
