Financial Support Of Cold Chain Logistics Supply Chain Construction Of Agricultural Products

With the adjustment of the regional distribution of agricultural production and the development of the electronic commerce of agricultural products,the separation of selling and marketing of agricultural products has emerged,and the long distance transportation of fresh agricultural products has become a normal condition that puts forward higher requirements for the cold chain logistics transportation of agricultural products.However,because of the late starts of cold chain logistics in China,the development is lagging behind,which results in the deterioration of the quality of products and even serious loss In the course of transportation.There are many factors which have hindering the development of agricultural product cold chain logistics in China.One of the most important problems is the shortage of financial support.Therefore,whether can we solve the financial constraints of the cold chain logistics supply chain enterprises,especially for the small-sized enterprises.guide the rational flow of financial resources to the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products,will have a large inpact on Economic growth,improving people's living standards and ensuring food safety.In this paper,we study on the financial support of the cold chain logistics construction of agricultural products in China.Firstly,we defined and analyzed the concept of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and introduced the theory of logistics finance,inclusive finance theory,financial development theory and asymmetric information theory that related to the research proposition.Secondly we introduced the current situation of domestic development and financial support of cold chain logistics,According to this,we proposed deficiencies of current financial support for agricultural products cold chain logistics construction.Thirdly,we used a analytic hierarchy process to analyz the influence factors of domestic financial support for the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics by which the weight values of each index are obtained,it is resulted that the government's policy,product innovation of financial institutions and enterprise's mortgage guarantee ranked the top three in all factors.Then we drew on the experience of the financial support for cold chain logistics development in United States and Japan to find out the shortcomings of our existence.On this basis,combined with the actual situation in China,some relevant improvement suggestions are put forward.
