Training Effect Evaluation Model Of Technical Personnel

Taking the railway industry as an example, the training effect model of professional and technical personnel is studied. The Delphi method is used to determine the index and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight. The paper analyzes the evaluation index system of the training effect by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
