| The level of human resource development is one of the most important factors that affect the competitiveness of enterprises.In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the global economic i ntegration environment,the top management of CP insurance company has realized the importance of improving the quality of talents.Although CP insurance companies invest a lot of money for staff training,but the training is to achieve the goal,whether to improve the staff's ability,the training process can be further improved for CP insurance company executives is not very clear.According to the actual situation of the company staff training,Delphy Fa invited the expert questionnaire,constructed the studen t reaction layer,learning result layer,employee growth layer,enterprise performa nce level four levels of CP insurance company training effect evaluation index system.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index system,this paper co nstructs a AHP-FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the eff ectiveness of employee training,and quantitatively analyzes the effect of employee training of CP insurance company.Study found that the main cause of th e training effect of CP insurance company of the poor training process does not form a complete closed loop,the design and implementation of the company a lot of energy will be used in the early stage of the training,but ignore the train ing post training evaluation process,disadvantages advantages lead to training refle cts the results is not clear,can not produce a positive effect on the next round of training,the training of each round are in the same place.Therefore,in order to improve the training effect,it is necessary to make a comprehensive evaluati on of the enterprise staff training to help the enterprise training into a virtuous circle.According to the CP insurance company staff training problems,this paper pr oposed senior management attention,staff support,system security,me chanism security,technical support training transformation atmosphere fiv e aspects of security measures,in order to improve the training effect of CP insurance company,and to ensure that the training evaluation can be scientific,long-term development.In this paper,the AHP-FCE model is introduced into the CP insurance company's staff training effect evaluation process,effectively found the CP insurance company staff training problems.By participating in the evaluation process and receive feedback,the senior management of CP insurance company have realized the importance of the training effect,to improve the en terprise human resources quality and enhance organizational effectiveness play a positive role in promoting. |
