The evaluation of training effect is a necessary link for enterprises to optimize and improve the training work.However,at present,many enterprises either do not pay attention to it or lack the corresponding methods,which leads to many problems and difficulties in the training management work,such as the management does not pay attention to it,organization and implementation is mere formality,staff enthusiasm is not high,it can not effectively achieve the role of promoting the development of talented.Therefore,how to establish a set of training effect evaluation system suitable for enterprises has become the urgent task.Based on this,the author takes "Research on the Evaluation of training effect of Kunming Branch of GF Bank" as the title of the thesis and tries to combine theory with practice to carry on the empirical analysis.This paper takes Kunming Branch of GF Bank as a case study.First of all,it summarizes the common models and methods of training effect evaluation at home and abroad.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the current situation of training effect evaluation of GF Bank Kunming Branch and concludes the shortcomings and reasons.For example,the training effect evaluation is still at the primary level due to the insufficient attention paid by the management to the training effect evaluation link and the shortage of staffing allocation,the evaluation method is single.Third,based on the four levels evaluation model and the related requirements of the learning organization,the evaluation process and index system of the marketing training section are constructed.Finally,in order to verify the scientificalness and applicability of it,the representative C training project is selected for empirical research and data collection and analysis of the evaluation indicators of each level,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the evaluation results,and the optimization measures are put forward.The significance of this paper: on the one hand,combining with the reality of Kunming Branch of GF Bank,using scientific evaluation model and method,a training effect evaluation system suitable for GF Bank is constructed to promote chancing its thinking of training management.Starting from the end,the results of the evaluation will be counteracted to the future training needs analysis,training process and content design,etc,in order to solve the problems of the current training work from its beginning and to improve the effectiveness and quality of the training;on the other hand,the related index of learning organization is brought into the evaluation system,which makes the evaluation of the result layer of Cor model more operable,and provides a reference for the people engaged in relevant work.
